This session is unlike any other breathwork you've attended. Together, as a group, we will focus on activating the three major chakra energy centers—Crown, Heart, and Root—through sound, visualization, breathwork, mantras, and mudras. This is an educational journey into the energetic system, and by working in unison, we will amplify the results.
We’ll be using three distinct breathwork techniques, with pauses and breathholds between each area of focus. Group activation brings even more powerful results than individual work, and it's likely that at least one of these chakras will connect with an area in your life where you’re struggling or in need of healing.
Throughout the session, I will share my knowledge of working with chakras and how to harness their energies for manifesting, physical healing, tuning intuition and psychic skills, and channeling energy. Afterward, we’ll have a long share circle to express our experiences and explore how to integrate these energies into our journeys. There will be plenty of time for questions.
Oakwise is a sacred space where people of all walks come to learn, heal, and get the tools that are needed for their practice.

Bring: a yoga mat (I have a few available), a journal, your favorite crystal, a pillow, and a blanket. We’ll do a small flow to warm up.
