The double queen bed rate is $129.00 and the suite is $149.00 per night. We have rooms reserved for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening. If we fill the blocked rooms - we can reserve more at that price point if rooms are still available.
No cancellation fee, fully refundable with 72 hours notice.
Let them know what flight you're coming in and you want to be picked up, you have to reserve it. Nominal fee of $10 to use the shuttle. No "resort usage fee." If inclement weather prevent travel via the airport and/or passes, the room(s) can be cancelled inside the 72 hour window as well.
There is no "resort usage" fee for convention attendees.
