We are thrilled to have PMQ as our venue partnerfor this Silent Inside Flow Disco.

Put on our glowing headphones and flow to curated music over Yoga Practice led by The Yoga Room Inside Flow instructor - Enting.

Music and teacher instructions will be heard through wireless illuminated disco headsets.
