For Church ministers seeking renewal in their own mental and spiritual well-being, equipping them to serve others more effectively from a place of wholeness, strength, and grace.
Across two days, participants will engage in six conferences that provide a holistic approach to ministerial health. Beginning with a focus on Catholic mindfulness, ministers will explore “Abandonment to Divine Providence” and “Integration of the Person” through body, mind, and spirit. The following sessions will guide participants to understand “Self-care as Stewardship,” “What it Means to Live in the Image of God,” and how to embody “Love with Healthy Boundaries,” fostering resilience and preventing burnout. With Mass, adoration, and the Liturgy of the Hours as spiritual anchors, ministers will find space to reconnect with God and their vocation, culminating in an inspiring session on finding “Freedom and Peace in the Mission.” This conference offers a rejuvenating experience for ministers who desire to serve from a place of wholeness, strength, and grace.
Registration includes full access to the 8-week CatholicPsych Virtual Retreat for all participants. We encourage everyone to register by January 6 to finish the retreat before PMD begins. In his presentations, Dr. Greg will build on the concepts given in the 8-week virtual retreat. Access to the retreat will be given when registration is complete.
