We are excited to launch PM Café Sofia, a friendly space where project professionals can come together to share real-world challenges, exchange perspectives, and build genuine connections in a casual atmosphere. We want to explore the human side of project work, believing that while challenges are often shared, the best solutions are found through peer conversation.
𝗣𝗠 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗮 #𝟭 – 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 “𝗔𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱”
For our inaugural session, we are delighted to welcome our first guest, Ivaylo Donchev. Ivaylo is an explorer, writer, and photographer who successfully managed a remarkable personal project: a 500-day round-the-world journey on a budget, which he then transformed into a published book. Together, we will explore the project management mindset behind this adventure:
• Planning and Risk-Taking: How to turn an ambitious idea into a reality.
• Adaptation: Managing the transition when reality doesn't go according to plan.
• Resilience: The decisions and mindset required to achieve a successful outcome.
About the Speaker Ivaylo Donchev leads tours both in Sofia and internationally, across destinations like Central Asia, West Africa, and Portugal. Beyond his travels, he is a passionate storyteller currently working on photography exhibitions and documentary projects
