Tinnitus UK is holding a free Tinnitus Information Roadshow event in Plymouth, which aims to reduce stress, confusion, isolation, improve wellbeing and enable people with tinnitus to cope better with their condition.Our tinnitus experts will be giving talks about the basic facts on tinnitus, treatments available, how to manage stress and methods of relaxation.
There'll also be an opportunity to join in taster sessions of yoga and mindfulness, which may help you manage your tinnitus. Plus, there will also be an exhibition, with stands from a range of different tinnitus service providers.
In addition, we will run a session on how to support each other through a Tinnitus Support Group.
A light lunch and refreshments will be provided.
