Plume and Elevate connect to bring you the drum 'n' bass legend Seba to his first Asheville appearance. It's an honor to host this timeless artist with the help of our supporting DJs, Johnny GoodTime, Fluid Dynamics, Krumbz, and Plume. Swedish drum and bass producer Seba Ahrenberg has established a reputation as one of the finest purveyors of quality drum & bass over a distinguished career that spans over 25 years. Inspired by electronic underground sounds, breaks, jazz, and other eclectic music, Seba has created an incredibly extensive catalogue of music.

From his early tracks on LTJ Bukem’s Good Looking Records in 1995, to his more recent work across labels including Metalheadz, Soul:r, Hospital, and his own label Secret Operations, Seba’s music has retained a timeless appeal and unparalleled uniqueness in sound. His work alongside friend and fellow breakbeat pioneer Paradox, along with his epic vocal arrangements with vocalist Robert Manos, has permanently etched his footprints in the history of drum and bass.

Seba’s legendary DJ sets are energetic and emotive; combining his powerful production on style with atmospheric textural landscapes and dance floor sensibility. He has played at some of the most prestigious venues and festivals including Fabric London, Let It Roll, Atlas, Liquicity, Sun and Bass, Hospitality and more across the UK, Europe, Canada and beyond.

Always actively releasing incredibly diverse and fresh music, Seba’s current EPs can be found on Spearhead and Fokuz, as well as his acclaimed third album “Ingaro” on Secret Operations. One of drum and bass’ pioneering veterans, Seba is as relevant and important in drum and bass culture today as ever—continuing to inspire producers and fans across genres.
