This workshop focuses on plumbing in the home: how to maintain your house and expand on what you already have. This hands-on workshop has a strong emphasis on safety and will cover:> Building an understanding of how your plumbing system works
> Learning techniques such as using Sharkbites to repair your copper pipes
> Understanding the importance of correct ventilation
> Taking apart a toilet tank and different types of faucets to build a better foundation for troubleshooting

INSTRUCTORS: This class is taught by industry professionals, and offered through Central Ohio Women in the Trades. COWIT is a nonprofit organization focused on the education, recruitment, and retention of women within the various trade unions around central Ohio.
