You'll learn vintage piping techniques, decorate your own cake from start to finish, and enjoy a fun, social atmosphere full of buttercream, cocktails, and good vibes.

During class, you'll decorate your own 5" three-layer vanilla cake. We'll fill it with vanilla buttercream (optional strawberry filling), crumb coat it, and practice vintage piping techniques before bringing your design to life with delicate piping, bows, sprinkles, glitter, cherries, and all the chic, martini-inspired details. ✨

Plot Twist's full bar will be open throughout the event, so you're welcome to order a dirty martini (or your favorite cocktail!) while you decorate. I'll guide you every step of the way, so whether you've never picked up a piping bag or you're looking to sharpen your skills, you'll leave with a gorgeous cake and the confidence to recreate it again at home.
