About this Event
What is Plein Air Painting? Plein air painting is the practice of painting landscapes or subjects directly outdoors, "in the open air," rather than in a studio. Meaning we will be venturing out to the places themselves to paint them. The set up will be the use of standing french easels and masonite boards for your canvas. My hope with these workshops and classes is to bring folks together and connect through intentional art making inspired by our surrounding community!
Hello All <3I woke up this morning with a tough choice on my mind, whether to cancel the workshop or push through. After looking at the quality of the air for the evening, I think it is best to sadly postpone our workshop. We do NOT need to be painting in code red air quality :)I need to further coordinate with the Sprague Mansion with a date, but I am tentatively going to postpone this until next Thursday 7/23.I deeply apologize for the inconvenience, I was so excited for this evening.
