Plein Air Adirondack group meets for plein air painting at 10:30 am (normally we meet at 9:00). Please wear a name tag. New, off-schedule painting meetup: Lyn Derway has obtained permission for us to go to Wild West Ranch in Lake George on Tuesday, July 21 starting at 10:30. The gate may not be open earlier than 10:30. Normally there is a $5 day-use fee which has been waved for our group. Wild West Ranch is located at 2873 Mill Rd., which is East of Rt. 9, between exits 20 and 21 of I 87, just south of Magic Forest. Bathrooms are available. There are many options for painting, including horses, rail fences, stone fences, streams, ranch buildings, and more.
