Pleasure Rituals & Pockets of Peace

We are being pulled and stretched and stuffed to overflowing as we are asked to witness, feel, and hold everything going on. How do we find our own evolutionary thread, our contribution to the tapestry of these times we are living when all we see, and feel is static or deafening silence.

Dedicating time to self-care is essential to cultivate mental clarity and to maintain physical health which are essential to navigating these times.

This is a 4-month series of community rituals and ceremonial practices that support a deeper connection to our inner world, nourishing ourselves with personal empowerment and soul discernment through sensory exploration and pleasure. Each stand alone gathering will give you skills and tools for your personal use that you can use right away.

Classes held the last Tuesday of the month @Sacred Soul Collective in Middleton MA.

Feb 2025 to May 2025

The month of February is an introductory class on the historical use of plants and resins and how to dive into these practices without burdening the environment or trees on the endangered species list. Each participant will be invited to craft a pheasant feather smudge fan and an herbal mixture to take home. The $50.00 fee for the month of february includes all supplies.

The month of March we will explore light touch and detoxification. April sound healing and mandala making. May trust falls and mystery month.
