About this Event

please save my earth
Originally formed in the oft-forgotten coalfields of Central Appalachia, please save my earth has spent the last four years in the Bay Area finding their voice, sharpening their craft, and diving headfirst into the Northern California DIY scene. Combining influences like anime, manga, and the early Internet with heavy guitars, sharp lyrics, and a sincere belief in the power of love, please save my earth offers overdriven and emotional anthems focused on the heartbreak and hope of daily life. Ever-aware of the fact that time is running out for all of us, psme’s music centers urgency and vulnerability, emphasizing the presence of hope—even in the darkest times. The band offers a modern and stylish take on the Appalachian folk tradition with psme channeling real-life experiences of the poor, ostracized, and addicted through a heavily distorted and melodic lens at the intersection of emo, nostalgia, and memoir.

The Armor of My Youth Worn To Rust
The Armor of My Youth Worn to Rust (MYWTR) is an East Bay punk/indie band forged from decades in the local underground scene. Rob, Josh, Danny, and Ben have been making noise around the Bay since 2001, with roots in bands including Fighting Riley, Pyramus Never Dies, The Hep, Four Forty Four, and Hoverbikes, and stages like iMusicast, Blake’s, The Red House, and 924 Gilman.

After their live debut in May, MYWTR has emerged with a sound that blends melodic tension, driving rhythms, emotional weight, and moments of unexpected restraint. Drawing from their deep East Bay DIY lineage, the band channels years of lived experience into something urgent, atmospheric, and distinctly their own. The only things that have changed since 2001? The songs got heavier, the back pain got worse, and somehow they’re still at it.

Listen to MYWTR: “Oh, Do I Owe You Something” + “Sure” — streaming now wherever you listen to music (except Spotify).

Please Please
please, please is an East Bay indie/emo band built from Bay Area DIY music scene friends. Vocalist/guitarist Nick, guitarist Ryan, bassist Nicole, and drummer Mark stitch melodic, earnest emo with noisy, heartfelt live energy — a “cozy quilt” of twinkly guitar work, quiet-loud dynamics, post-hardcore intensity, and haunting, confessional vocals.

Liris
Liris Robles is an indie-folk singer-songwriter who hails from the California Bay Area. A lifelong performer, she’s been busking and playing locally since the age of nine. Liris’ sound blends many musical influences, from Traditional Bluegrass to musical innovators like Cameron Winter. Her finger-picking guitar style, combined with imaginative yet truthful lyrics and a unique, clear voice, is heavily influenced by ’70s folk artists like Joan Baez, Joni Mitchell, and Labi Siffre. In May of 2026, Liris released her debut demo album, DREAMSTORM. This solo acoustic album is raw and intimate, much like her live performances. Whether she’s playing to a big crowd or just one person, Liris brings a sense of wonder, honesty, a little humor, and a lot of heart to every performance.
