Playwriting from Memory and Place
Presented as a part CLATA's Destinos Intercambios Workshops.
Join the Chi Latina Playwright Collective for a unique workshop where you'll dive into your personal writing style using your own memories and the places that inspire you.
In this workshop, we will go through various writing exercises exploring setting, place, and memory. This workshop will lead participants through creating a personal library of ideas and tools to generate scenes, and help shape their playwriting practice.
This workshop will be lead by Chi Latina Playwright Collective Members: Estefania Unzueta and Aileen Moreno.
Please bring something to write with: preferably a laptop or notebook.
Come ready to share, create, and connect with fellow playwrights. All levels of playwright experience are welcome!
