The Youth Services Department at the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will be holding “Playtime @ the Library” on Fridays, January 9 and 23 from 10:00 a.m. to noon in the Frost Kalnow Room. Hosted with Seneca County’s Ohio Early Intervention, toys, and activities will be offered to children ages 18 months to five years, to interact with their caregivers in an unstructured, creative play. Participants are able to drop in anytime or stay the whole time. No registration is necessary.
