🎲 THIS EVENT 🎲This event will be a Saturday meet. $5/person at the door.
We have open slots for up to 2 games.
Please DM Ahmad or comment if you'd like to test your game:
- 2 sentence description.
- Pics (if you have any).
- Rough game stage (concept / stable prototype / publishing soon)
- No. of players required.
- Expected playtime. *
- Then I will confirm. If the slots are all booked, I will queue your game up for the next meets accordingly (and confirm with you on timings). This ensures everyone has a fair chance at getting their games tested and balances the players to games ratio.
* Hard limit of 2 hrs per game:
- This is INCLUSIVE of teach, playtest, and feedback.
- Recommended: 15min teach, 1hr playtest, 30min feedback, 15min buffer.
- If your game needs longer than 2 hrs, you must focus on a specific test area and/or your session will wrap up once the time limit is reached.

Hello! We're a bunch of designers who test each other's board game prototypes! We run a playtest every 4th week of the month.

🎲 PLAYTEST SCHEDULE 🎲
We alternate between Saturdays and Thursdays to make it as flexible as possible:
(a) Saturday mornings (9AM-1PM) at the Herdsman Lake Discovery Centre. 2 games will be tested, up to 2 hrs per game. $5/person.
(b) Thursday evenings (7PM-9PM) to be held at different locations throughout Perth. 1-2 games will be tested. Some places will require entre fees (eg $5/person if we do at GG Cannington).
