Competitor Entry Fee: $130 (Day 2)
Spectators: FREE
Day 1 : Invitational (30 Competitors)
Day 2: Tested (90 Competitors)
⚖ 24-hour weigh in will be available (and highly recommended) on Friday for day 1 and Saturday for day 2. Times will be confirmed closer to the date.
Openers only & APL membership number (or receipt) will be required at weigh-ins for all competitors.
🥇🥈🥉 Day 1: Cash Prize for top 3 placings in both male and female. Podium determined by DOTS
🥇🥈🥉 Day 2: Recognition of the overall male & female competitor will be based on the DOTS formula + medals for all weight classes.

- Squat: Zerow Combo + 20kg Zerow PL Bar + Calibrated Weights + Competition Collars ** Invitational will use 25kg Goliath squat barbell
- Bench: Zerow Combo + 20kg Zerow PL Bar & Calibrated Weights + Competition Collars
- Deadlift: Texas Deadlift Bar + Calibrated Weights + Competition Collars
