Overview

When were you at your most playful?
What was happening in your life? Who were you with? And what was it about that time that made playfulness feel so natural?
In this interactive session, you'll create a simple visual map of your own playfulness journey. You'll explore the highs, lows, twists, and turning points that have shaped your relationship with play throughout adulthood.
Through drawing, storytelling, and conversation, we'll uncover the moments when playfulness flourished, explore what made those moments possible, and discover what they might have to teach us today.
Expect connection, creativity, curiosity, and perhaps a surprise or two along the way.
No artistic skill is required, and there are no right answers. Just a willingness to explore.
You'll leave with:

• A visual map of your playfulness journey
• Fresh insights into what helps you feel alive, engaged, and playful
• New connections with others
• One small step towards a more playful life

Whether you're a facilitator, teacher, parent, professional, creative, or simply someone who misses having more fun, you're welcome aboard the Time Machine.
