This Sunday Pop Up is a class with an end pose. The class is all about getting your body ready for the end pose. Which means that everything is warmed up, stretched and ready to get a nice Playful Panda at the end of the class. It also gets you ready to put in any modifications that you need to get your best pose.This class will be a vinyasa class with some breath practice and mindfulness to it.
The class is a small class allowing plenty of time for adjustments and modifications, giving you insight to improve your practice.
