This community drop-in session will give you the opportunity to meet with members of the code amendment team to discuss the proposed rezoning of land and ask any questions regarding the draft code amendment that you might have.
About the code amendment
The draft Playford Alive East Code Amendment supports the delivery of approximately 1,300 new homes in Munno Para over the next eight years. Led by Renewal SA, the project is part of a broader initiative to increase affordable housing supply in Adelaide’s northern suburbs. The affected area—around 7.6 hectares—is currently zoned Employment but has remained undeveloped. It is located between Curtis Road and the Adelaide-Gawler rail line, adjacent to existing residential areas, schools, public transport, and open space.
