22-23 February | Playfight – Restoring Harmony | Zurich Conflicts are a natural part of healthy relationships, but how we navigate them makes all the difference. The Restoring Harmony Workshop invites you to learn and embody the art of reconciliation, transforming tension into understanding and connection.
Restoring Harmony is part of Embodied Relating, a series of 3 weekend workshops designed to help you explore and heal the relationships in your life through the practice of Playfight. Each weekend is conceived as a stand-alone workshop in which specific aspects of the relationship are explored. The workshops are the following:
Setting boundaries. December 13 - 14, 2024
Clearing Doubts. January 25 - 26, 2025
Restoring Harmony. February 22 - 23, 2025
Central to this experience is our therapeutic framework, which integrates individual Playfight coaching sessions. These personalized sessions allow you to explore the dynamics of your boundaries within relationships, uncover patterns that may hinder assertiveness, and receive tailored guidance to help you create connections that are both fulfilling and balanced.
It is possible to take part only in the individual weekend or in the entire series. The whole program is meant for everyone: individuals, couples, families, and more.
PLAYFIGHT: WHAT IS IT?
Playfight is not about competition or martial arts—it’s a somatic practice that allows you to explore your inner world and relational dynamics in a primal, unfiltered way. By engaging in this practice, you can better understand and transform the patterns that influence your relationships.
WHO IS IT FOR?
This event is perfect for anyone of any physical type, gender, or age. The only requirement is to have the wish to discover more about yourself and to explore this unique language of relating.

THE TRAINER
Matteo Tangi is the initiator of this lineage of Playfight. His work is rooted in many years of therapeutic practice on relational, emotional and somatic levels. He supports individuals to experience a liberated and undomesticated version of themselves, aware of their conditioning and responsible for their behaviour patterns.
