If so, we warmly invite you to join us for PLAYFIGHT, a unique blend of embodiment, emotional awareness and conscious relating. Together, we’ll dive into wild play, conscious fighting, and profound healing work: an unusual and powerful mix. This event will nurture and enrich you in surprising ways.
15-16 June: PLAYFIGHT DEEP DIVE
A 2-day event to regain your primal power, meet your tribe and connect with others as conscious and peaceful warriors. A space to experience an unfiltered connection with yourself, your body and the patterns that rule your behaviour.
PLAYFIGHT IS:
🌱 A primal, untainted, and pure way of interacting.
🌱 An honest mirror to how we deal with life, challenges, and relationships.
🌱 An opportunity to observe patterns, and to consciously move beyond them.
PLAYFIGHT IS NOT:
❌ A martial art
❌ About winning or losing
❌ For learning fighting techniques.
Playfight transcends all of this and goes to the very core of the questions: Who am I, and how do I relate to others?
Imagine: two humans, surrounded by the safety belt of a circle of peers, encounter each other using strength, respect, and care for themselves and the other.
This lineage of bodywork developed by Matteo Tangi is a unique body practice which aims to reveal more about ourselves, our strengths, our inner power and how to use it consciously in relationships with others. Discover the beauty of connecting with yourself and others in a deeply authentic, primal and wonderfully human way!
WHO IS IT FOR?
This event is perfect for anyone of any physical type, gender, or age. The only requirement is to have the wish to discover more about yourself and to explore this unique language of relating.
WHERE
Studio Corpo is a a place for diverse somatic work including many forms of dance and body therapy. They have a beautiful, bright 100 square metre room with windows overlooking the greenery, underfloor heating, and a light atmosphere, as well as changing rooms with showers. It is located in the VillaBAN in Freiburg right next to the beautiful Café Bedda and the delicious Hansens Esszimmer lunchroom.

THE TRAINER
Matteo Tangi is the initiator of this lineage of Playfight. His work is rooted in many years of therapeutic practice on relational, emotional and somatic levels. He supports individuals to experience a liberated and undomesticated version of themselves, aware of their conditioning and responsible for their behaviour patterns.
