Play with Clay [5 Week Course]

You will be taught traditional hand building techniques by the practicing ceramicist Poppy Davis AKA Clod Studio, to create desirable objects such as coasters, planters and tableware. For those who have been on the course before you can choose from several further projects or design and make your own bespoke pieces.

Please note: There is no potters wheel within the class, instead the focus is on coiling, moulds & slab building to create your products. Bisque & glaze firing is included in the course, but large specific projects may incur an additional firing cost paid directly to the tutor.

ABILITY: The class is very much aimed at beginners, but everyone is welcome.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: All materials and equipment provided. Please bring an apron with you.

All tickets are non -refundable.

We are able to provide credit / transfer onto another course or workshop if there is two or more weeks’ notice.

Within a two-week period, under no circumstances can we transfer you onto another event. We have incurred material costs & committed numbers to the tutor.
