🎉 Play That Funky Bingo is the feel‑good night out where music, memories, and friendly competition come together.
Music Bingo plays similar to regular bingo, instead of numbered balls, we play a minute or two of a song. If it's on your card, DAB IT with the Real Ink Bingo Dabbers we have available for loan or bring your own.
Don't worry if you don't know the song! This is NOT music trivia, it's music bingo! Your Host will "call" the song titles just as a regular bingo guy would call B-3! But we'll give everyone 30 seconds or so before he calls out the title to add to the fun!
Great news! Unlike traditional bingo, when one person achieves a 5-in-a-row bingo, the round is not over! Achieving a bingo adds your name to the list of winners, but the round will keep going until time runs out! This means it is typical to see 5 to 10 'winners' each round! At the end, we will have all winners' names on the BIG WHEEL which we'll spin to win until all prizes are awarded!
You’ll play Music Bingo rounds built from nostalgic themes—Decades, Motown, Classic Rock, Love Songs, and plenty more—always played at the right volume for singing along, tapping the table, or breaking into a little air‑guitar.
Seating is limited, so plan to arrive early if you can! Your Gameshow Host, John Mixon, will begin playing music videos at 6:30pm with the first round officially beginning promptly at 7:00pm. The last round will end at 9:00pm followed by awarding prizes by random draw.
