The Bramrocks are holding a readthrough for this year's spring play. Jess Adby will be the director and is planning on doing a comedy/farce.If you and/or a friend are interested in being part of this production, either as a cast member or part of the crew please come along to the Margaret Mack Rooms on Thursday 20th February, 7:30pm, we will start the readthrough at 7:45pm. If you can let us know in advance, it would be great as Jess has a couple of plays waiting in the wings.
Performance dates are the evenings of 15th, 16th & 17th May.
Rehearsals will start on the Thursday 13th March and will be held every Thursday, that is a total of 9 rehearsals. Please consider carefully if you can commit all these dates, as such a short rehearsal schedule requires everyone to be at every session (excluding illness or injury, obviously)
We are a small group at present and really do need more people for both on stage roles and all the pre-production and backstage jobs, such as Costumes, Props and Set painting. Spread the word and share our contact details with friends and other groups.
We are also looking to add members to our committee, especially people who can help with advertising and our social media presence. If this is of interest to you, please get in touch.
