In collaboration with the Portland Stage Company, Waterville Creates presents Portland Stage's Play Me a Story. Children ages 4–10 can experience the fun and magic of theater on Saturday mornings. Enjoy a performance of children’s stories followed by an interactive acting workshop with Waterville area artists. Build literacy skills, encourage creativity, and spark dramatic dreams!Doors open at 10:15, 10:30 performance, followed by an interactive workshop from 11–11:45am, with everything wrapped up by 12pm. All books featured in Play Me a Story are presented with permission from the publishers and/or authors. Parents/caregivers are expected to stay for the entire workshop.
Age: Children ages 4-10
Cost: $16
Ticket price includes registration for one adult and one child.
This event is eligible for the Youth Arts Access Fund.
