Play Like a Girl: Reconnecting with What Lights You Up is a 90-minute experience designed for women who spend so much time caring for everyone else that they've forgotten how to care for their own joy. Rooted in our Unlocking the Power of Play program, this session explores how play isn't childish or frivolous—it's a wellbeing strategy, a creativity spark, and a burnout buffer.
Through guided reflection, lighthearted activities, and science-backed insights, participants will:
Reconnect with what they personally find fun—not what their kids, partners, or coworkers enjoy.
Understand how play lowers stress, restores energy, and strengthens emotional resilience.
Identify the beliefs, roles, and responsibilities that have pushed play to the bottom of their to-do list.
Build a personalized "play prescription" to reignite joy in small, sustainable ways.
This session is energizing, affirming, and rooted in the idea that women deserve unapologetic joy. It's a chance to step away from caretaking mode and reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have gone quite over the years.

This program supports SHRM-certified professionals working to maintain their SHRM-CP® and SHRM-SCP® certifications. Attendees will receive 1.5 PDCs upon completion.
