P.L.A.Y. Animation Lab (ages 10-12)
Week-long Summer Arts Programs
Lights, camera, imagination. In this special one week animation adventure, young digital artists ages 10 to 12 dive into the magic of bringing characters and stories to life. Students learn the basics of both 2D and 3D animation using tools like Stop Motion Studio and Adobe Animate, experimenting in our computer lab as they create their own short animated projects. Working both independently and with new friends, each animator ends the week with creations they can proudly share with family and friends.
Participants should have basic computer knowledge and an interest in learning new software.
P.L.A.Y. (Peace. Love. Arts. You.) is a fun-filled summer arts program for kids ages 5-14, set on the legendary grounds of the 1969 Woodstock festival! Led by professional teaching artists, kids will dive into music, painting, sculpture, digital design, and more, sparking creativity and community in an unforgettable setting.
