Join us for this talk and Q & A from Mia Georgina Hull, director of Play Dead, a darkly funny queer take on Ovid's Echo and Narcissus myth, currently playing at Underbelly Cowgate daily at 15.40 until 30 August.
Mia will unpack the show's queer modern retelling of the myth, why the myths provide such a fruitful (and complicated) place to examine queerness, and explore other similar classical adaptations and translations, before opening up to discussion and questions from the audience.
