Beginning at 6 p.m., Play Day! showcases all the fun Community Park has to offer, followed by a free concert by @themotion variety dance band at 8 p.m. Check out sand volleyball, basketball, tennis, fishing, splash pad, and more. Plus, take advantage of free activities like a scavenger hunt, face painting and balloon art. Talk to youth sports representatives about rec league opportunities. Bring chairs and blankets to sit on the amphitheater lawn for the concert. Free souvenirs and refreshments will be available while supply lasts. This event is free and open to the public thanks to sponsors, @Methodist Midlothian Medical Center and Midlothian Community Development Corporation. There are no tickets for this event. Vendors may inquire ONLY with the City of Midlothian.
