Play Based Exercise is a 45-minute group exercise class for the adult child to re-learn ways we moved once explored in our youth. This offering is available for a maximum of 15 participants due to a smaller outdoor space. Participation includes children 5 years of age and older. Childcare will be provided for children under 5 years of age where they can enjoy crafts, music, and game activities. This class is a $15 commitment for adults ages 18+.
