Completion of this course will give you the insight to find proper answers to protect your clients and yourself when buying property.

Describe the difference between a plat and a survey
Guide a client through a land/home transaction or be able to find the answer
Understand who is responsible for platting property, the cost, the process, and how long it takes
Describe an Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ)
Understand the Administrative codes requirements on installing Septic and Water Wells
Explain the minimum lot size requirements to plat a property
Understand the Residential Feasibility Study
