Plates in Transit

(a collaboration between Matto x Nomad.iv) is a unique pop-up dining experience bringing the warmth and comfort of home-style cooking to the heart of Frankfurt. Set in the chic Hotel Monopol, right by the bustling central station, the event runs from October 9th to October 13th, with an exclusive invite-only opening night on October 9th.

From 19:00 to 23:00 each evening, guests are invited to indulge in a five-course menu that showcases fresh, locally sourced ingredients, paired with curated cocktails and a carefully selected wine list, guided by an experienced sommelier. The ambiance is enriched with live music and an immersive art installation, blending culture and cuisine in a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere.

Adding a playful twist, the staff will be dressed in pyjamas and slippers, embracing the theme of "transit" and relaxation. Plates in Transit celebrates community, family, and the simple joys of gathering around a table to share a meal.
