🌱 What You’ll Experience:

• Forest Bathing with Your Plant Baby – Begin with a guided forest bathing meditation, connecting with your brand-new plant companion.
• All Levels Vinyasa Yoga Flow – Move through an energizing, all-levels 30-minute vinyasa yoga class led by experienced instructors - Perfect for beginners!
• Celebrate After Class – Enjoy a cold craft beer (or non-alcoholic option) and socialize with your fellow yogis.

Each ticket includes:
✔️ 60-minute yoga + meditation experience
✔️ One house beer or N/A beverage

✨ Unique Yoga in Denver – Practice yoga in RiNo’s most unexpected space: Bierstadt Lagerhaus’s plant-filled back room.
✨ Community & Connection – Stay for the post-class social hour until 12:30 PM.
✨ All Levels Welcome – Beginners, seasoned yogis, and families are all invited. Kids and non-drinkers are welcome, too!
