Like house plants? Like pizza? Like pints? Join the fun at Rolling Oven Taproom in Versailles on the last Sunday of every month from 1:00-3:00 pm!Is this a free event, and do I need to register to attend?
ALWAYS FREE. No need to register ahead of time – just come on by anytime from 1-3 pm (most people will be there the whole time). To note: space is limited, community members like you will be setting up together on existing picnic tables. Please be mindful of space when bringing items to save room for your neighbors.
Is this family-friendly?
YES. Bring the whole family! Rolling Oven Taproom offers a full menu of appetizers, pizzas, sandwiches, and salads, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
What should I bring?
Anything plant-themed to show off, sell, or swap! Please be sure your potted plants, propagations, or cuttings are pest-free. We also welcome other plant-related items, such as planters/pots, macrame hangers, moss poles, soil mixes, and more.
What if I do not have anything to bring?
You do not need to bring a thing to join the fun, just YOURSELF! Bring the whole family for some pizza while you chat and get to know your local house plant enthusiasts!
Now, how does this event actually work?
This is an event for the community and run by the community! If you are bringing plants or cuttings to sell or swap, find a table to share with others to set up your station. We will always try to set up in the covered patio area to free up space inside the taproom.
Please label your plants/cuttings with their plant name and price. We will also have a FREE TABLE, so please bring any (healthy) cuttings, plants, or propagations that you are willing to give to a neighbor for free! Lauren will also have green popsicle sticks for anyone who has a plant they’re willing to trade/swap for something else, instead of straight selling.
Grab a drink and walk around to admire all the awesome plants, “shop” the stations, and chat about all things plants. As you’re walking around, please be mindful of your station if you step away; we are not responsible for any plants/items that go missing.
