The Plant House Chicago is teaming up with Pilot Project Brewing for an afternoon of plants, pints, and good vibes. Pick a seasonal plant from our curated inventory, choose your pot, and get to work — we bring the soil, tools, decorations, and everything you need to take home something you're proud of!

This is a drop-in event! Come by any time between 4:00 and 6:00 PM, work at your own pace, and head out whenever you're ready. No need to stay the whole time. Anna, our co-founder and plant expert, will be there the entire time if you need guidance or just want to talk plants.

About Pilot Project Brewing

Pilot Project isn't your average brewery — it's Chicago's first beverage incubator. Founded by Dan Abel and Jordan Radke in 2019, the whole concept is built around one question: how many great brewers never get their shot because the barriers to entry are so damn high? So they built a launchpad.
