Plants & Pilates with Club Pilates Surprise and Little Plant Market!

Pilates & Plants is one of Club Pilates Surprise’s most loved workshops, and we’re excited to bring it back once again in partnership with Little Plant Market.

Led by instructor Bridget Taylor, the evening begins with a 60-minute Pilates class designed to leave you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed. Following class, you’ll transition into a hands-on potting experience guided by Little Plant Market.

You’ll choose a plant and a handcrafted planter that speaks to you, then spend the final 30 minutes potting your plant while learning essential care tips to help it thrive at home. This workshop has been a favorite among our community, blending movement, creativity, and connection in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

What’s included:

• 60-minute Pilates class suitable for all levels
• One plant of your choice
• One handcrafted planter
• Guided potting instruction and plant care tips
• All materials included in the $50 workshop fee

Important notes:

• Grip socks are required for the Pilates portion of this workshop.
• Grip socks are available for purchase in-studio if needed.
