We invite you to celebrate with the Southwest Florida Vegan Community for a very special Farm to Table Dinner @ Inyoni Organic Farm in Naples!

Mixed Greens Salad With Lemon Avocado Dressing
Greens freshly harvested from Inyoni fields, with pickled Bravo radish, shredded carrots, and broccoli sprouts
Curried Butternut Squash Bisque
Coconut milk squash bisque with celery and curried onions
Baked Eggplant
Lightly crusted, baked eggplant, layered with cashew cheese, fresh herbs, and marinated shiitake mushrooms, in a scratch-made marinara sauce, topped with micro-greens
Arugula Pesto Pasta Salad
Gluten free penne pasta tossed in an arugula, parsley, and garlic pesto, with roasted peppers and tender balsamic kale ribbons
Lemongrass Mint Iced Tea
Chocolate Mousse with Walnut Crumble
Avocado mousse with raw cacao, and coconut milk. Sweetened with dates, and sprinkled with an oat walnut crumble
*Menu is gluten free, soy free, vegan, no added salt, no added oil, no refined sugar, plant based *Menu may experience slight shifts in response to fluxes in produce availability on the farm

4pm to 5pm A Food Garden Tour featuring Farmer Nick & Chef Jameson of Inyoni Organic Farm, Dr. Will Tuttle and wife Medeline of "The World Peace Diet" + Mike and Denise Young of aPlantBasedDiet.org
5pm Appetizers
5:30pm to 6:30pm Dinner followed by the Grand Finale of a beautiful sunset viewed from our dinner spot next to the food gardens!
