Guided Meditative Journey

This guided meditative journey invites you to plant intentions and memories deep within your being, nurturing the sacred wisdom that lives inside you. Planting Seeds of Remembrance is a practice of honoring your inner guidance, ancestral knowledge, and the lessons that shape your soul.
Through breath, visualization, and gentle reflection, you will be guided to connect with your inner landscape, sowing seeds of clarity, healing, and insight. Each intention you plant holds the potential to grow into understanding, empowerment, and alignment with your higher self.
This meditation offers space to remember who you are at the deepest level, to reconnect with your truth, and to cultivate a life rooted in presence, purpose, and inner wisdom. Step into stillness, plant your seeds, and allow them to bloom within you.
ALL WEDNESDAY EVENTS ARE WALK-IN WELCOME
Guests are encouraged to come in comfortable clothing. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and/or blanket if you have one; we supply these items but are limited depending on event attendance. If you are a person who enjoys taking notes on your meditative experiences, we welcome you to bring a journal and writing utensil. There will be a time after the meditation, in which guests will be encouraged to recall and reflect on their encounters.
