Join George Kral of Scholls Valley Native Nursery for a class on native bulbs that are easy-to-plant and beautiful in the home garden. George has been working to introduce native fall bulbs, such as native lilies, to landscapers and homeowners because not only are they hardy, long-lasting and beautiful, but they are great for pollinators of all kinds. Come learn about these plants that were once common in the Willamette Valley but have become very rare. Hopefully, if we all introduce them to our yards, we can help bring them back!

***All classes at Stark this fall will be held in our veggie hoophouse, which is located in the yard of the nursery, near the trees and shrubs. It is a large greenhouse that functions as a covered outdoor area. If the weather is warm, we will have water available, but please remember to dress so that you are comfortable during the presentation.***
