Planting Day: Floyd Fields Park, Coventry

Coventry City Council are working with Earthwatch Europe for a planting day at Floyd Fields Park, Coventry. This event's funded by Coventry City Council and Forestry Commission.

How long to spend with us:
Session 1: 10:00am-12:00pm
Session 2: 1:00pm-3:00pm (until all trees are planted!)
Please arrive towards the start of your session so that everyone who would like to join in has a tree to plant. You are welcome to stay for as little or as long as you like.

What to wear: We strongly recommend wearing long sleeves and long trousers, plus footwear for a day in the outdoors, such as wellies/walking boots. Equipment will be provided on the day but feel free to bring along your own gardening gloves and a spade if you have these.

Getting there: We encourage using public transport, walking or car sharing wherever possible.
