embody your practice when you leave our event!
Each participant will have a choice of
what plant they’d like to adopt!
This will be a vin-yin style class,
blending energizing and activating movement
and breath, followed by postures
that are held longer in yin,
as we deepen our stretches and
cooldown together.

💧As well as water to stay hydrated.
