From sweet and mild to fiery and bold, we’ll cover the basics of pepper varieties, the Scoville heat scale, and safe handling tips.

Then, roll up your sleeves for a hands-on experience: making your own hot sauce! You’ll blend fresh ingredients, experiment with flavor combinations, and take home a custom hot sauce that’s uniquely yours. Perfect for food lovers, spice enthusiasts, or anyone curious about cooking with peppers.
