My name is Cate, I’ll be your Certified Yoga Instructor. Join me as I lead everyone through an hour yoga flow surrounded by plants. This class is for all levels. Beginners are welcome. There will be a meditation at the end. 🤗
What to bring:
Your own mat
A drink with a lid
Blanket, pillow, or any props to make you more comfortable.
This class is $20 person. Cashapp, Venmo, Chime, Apple Pay, and Cash are all accepted forms of payment.
At the end of the class, everyone will have the opportunity to purchase a plant from Amanda Hankins. 😊 🪴
