Plant Swap for the People

Spring is around the corner!

Join us at Westborough Park in South San Francisco for a day of fun exchanging plants with plant parents and gardeners. Whether you're a seasoned plantita/o/x or just starting out, this FREE event is perfect for anyone looking to expand their plant collection. Don't miss this opportunity to connect with other plant lovers and add some new greenery to your home or garden.

A donation-based plant clinic will be available as well to troubleshoot and give struggling plants some TLC (one plant per attendee). We can not promise you that we can revive a plant but we will do our best to assist you. Feel free to bring lunch and picnic. A play structure is available for kids.

What to bring

• Plants of any size
• Seeds
• Plant cuttings for propagation
• Optional: clean plant supplies in good condition can be considered for the plant swap (ex: pots, soil, tools, trellis, stakes, etc.)
  

Plant Swap Ettiquette

• Be fair & honest. Take what you need.
• Check your plants for pests before offering!
• If you'd like to take more than what you brought, you may stay till the end if there are any plants remaining
  Swap Guide
  Small plant 2-5" pot = 2 pack of seeds
  Medium plant 5"-12" pot = 2 small plants
  Large plant 12"+ pot = 2 medium plants or 4 small plants or 6 packs of seeds
