Plant Spirit Walk: Identification + Tea Ceremony
Schedule
Sat Apr 12 2025 at 10:00 am to 11:00 am
UTC-04:00Location
Carr-Richardson Park | Charleston, SC

About this Event
This is an opportunity to connect to the abundance of herbal remedies that we have here in the lowcountry and in Spring!
You will be guided through your senses in a deep but brief tea ceremony. Then, we will walk around the park to see more wild herbs growing. I will teach ways to identify these plants and how you can use them in your own daily practice, kitchen, and medicine cabinet.
My intention is to have each of you choose one plant to work with for the next 30 days. I will provide tips on how to make this a ritual practice.
COST
This gathering is offered in a sliding scale, with a base rate of $35.
We are committed to making this gathering accessible to all, so we’ve created a sliding scale for the event fee. Please choose the payment level that best reflects your current financial situation. Your contribution helps support the event and allows us to offer tickets to those who may need financial assistance.
- $35 (Base Rate): This is the standard donation, which helps cover the cost of the event and supports the materials, plants, and space needed for our gathering. By choosing this rate, you’re ensuring your participation and supporting the overall event.
- $25(For Those in Financial Need): If you are experiencing financial hardship, this lower rate is available to make the event more accessible. No questions asked—this rate is for you if the full price feels like a stretch.
- $45(Paying It Forward): If you're in a position to give a little more, this rate helps cover the cost of the event and supports others who may need financial assistance. Your generosity helps make this gathering possible for someone else and contributes to the sustainability of future events.
