Plant Spirit Medicine Circle

Our monthly deep dive and exploration of a single plant.

We gather in circle, center ourselves with tarot card pulls, guided meditation and drumming and then settle in with a hot cup of brewed tea to quietly commune and communicate with this month's herb. Participants won't know what plant we are working with until the end so as not to project any preconceived ideas onto the experience.

It might sound a bit heady and "woo" (and it totally can be), but it's also a really great practice in learning plant medicine and how single herbs work in our bodies and in our consciousness without projecting from books* or things read on the internet.
