Long treasured as a traditional food and medicine, dandelions are packed with essential nutrients like iron, calcium, potassium, and vitamins A, B-complex, C, and D. In this hands-on workshop at the Hagood Mill Historic Site, we’ll explore the many ways to use this versatile wild plant in both food and medicine.

This two-hour class is dedicated to celebrating the STAR of SPRING—the dandelion! You’ll leave with practical skills to incorporate this powerful plant into your daily life and wellness routine.
