Main Dish:
Fellah Köftesi- Small bulgur balls simmered in a garlicky tomato sauce, finished with fresh parsley and pomegranate seeds. A classic vegan dish from Southern Anatolia.
Mezes:
Köz Patlıcan - Roasted eggplants, blended with olive oil, lemon, and garlic for a smoky, refreshing appetizer.
Pancar Tarator - Vibrant beets with garlic, and lemon – creamy, colorful, and rich in flavor.
Dessert:
Revani- Traditional semolina cake soaked in a light citrus syrup. Topped with candied oranges.
Extra:
Turkish Coffee
Finely ground coffee slowly brewed in a small pot, served with a rich foam, Turkish Delight.
Optionally sweetened to taste.
