Plano Flags of Honor

We invite you and your family to join us at Plano Flags of Honor, Nov 8–15, 2025, at Red Tail Pavilion. This powerful tribute features 1,111 American flags, each telling the story of a veteran or first responder. Throughout the week, enjoy inspiring ceremonies, community events, and family activities. Most importantly, take the opportunity to dedicate a flag and honor the hero in your life. Together, we remember, reflect, and celebrate the courage of those who serve.

Admission is free and open to the public.

Info: Patriots Run kicks off Plano Flags of Honor on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 8 AM at Red Tail Pavilion. This family-friendly 5K and fun run is more than a race—it’s a moving tribute to service, sacrifice, and community pride. Info: On on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 12–4 PM at Red Tail Pavilion, Safety Fair & Touch-a-Truck is a family-friendly community event where kids and adults can explore police cars, fire trucks, construction vehicles, and more, while meeting the first responders and community helpers who operate them. Hosted as part of the Plano Flags of Honor, the event also features safety demonstrations, educational activities, and hands-on fun for all ages. Admission is free.

Info: Gather your team and test your strength at the Fire Truck Pull on Saturday, Nov 8, from 1–4 PM at Red Tail Pavilion! Teams compete to see who can pull a fire truck the fastest, with divisions for adults, students, and first responders. Free to watch—fun for all ages! Info: Patriotic Chalk Walk invites artists of all ages and skill levels to create patriotic-themed chalk art along the walkways at Plano Flags of Honor. Held on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at Red Tail Pavilion, this colorful community event celebrates creativity, freedom, and remembrance while honoring our nation’s heroes.
